Deepak Nathani
Founder of Relfor Labs Pvt Ltd
With over three decades of rich experience, Deepak Nathani’s sustained mentorship is providing the winning edge to Relfor Labs. As founder and Chief Executive Officer, Deepak continues to set the vision and roadmap for Relfor Labs, while steering the organization towards its vision. Deepak’s business insights along with IT experience have set the strategy for Relfor. His passion and care for the underprivileged translate into the many corporate social responsibility initiatives being undertaken at Relfor Foundation, spearheaded by him.
As the COO and co-founder of Cybage in 1995, Deepak helped the organization grow from a start-up to a strong team of 6,000 employees today. Prior to this, Deepak spent 9 years in the US leading the engineering team at Chicago-based Berndorf Belt Systems. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology.

Raj Nathani spearheads the artificial intelligence lab BirbalAI (https://birbal.ai) established at Relfor Labs in 2019. He is best described as a technocrat, who would like to see software make the world better for everyone. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Computer Science where he was accoladed with a Student Leadership Award. Thereafter, he worked as a software engineer at the Salesforce, San Francisco HQ. At the Salesforces 2017 company-wide hackathon involving global participation from Salesforce’s multi-continent office presence, his team won the first-place in a tie. He decided to move back to India in 2017-18 to work in the technology sector in India by being a part of Relfor Labs.
Deepak Nathani has been senior executive at large IT product and service companies with 45+ years of experience with very large number of mid-market enterprises spread across the globe.
